Payments are requested in full, 30 days in advance of occupancy.

Payment by money order, cashier's check will be considered with prior arrangements well in
advance of occupancy date.  SORRY, PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.

If multiple payments are necessary, a $10.00 service fee will be charged for processing each
payment.
